The Brown-Carrera Realty LLC Resident Benefits Package (RBP) delivers savings, convenience, and professional services that
make taking care of the home second nature. When approved, applicant are enrolled and pay the $35 each month with rent.
Already have renters insurance? With proof we'll give you a $9.50 credit, lowering the RBP monthly cost to $25.50.

Security Deposit Alternative
With optional Security Deposit Insurance through Rhino, you can greatly reduce your initial out of pocket expense.
Renters Liability Insurance
Provides Landlord liability coverage due to accidental Tenant mishaps. (i.e. overflows, backups, fire, smoke and more.) This is not a renters insurance policy. With proof of renters insurance is canceled and we credit your account $9.50 monthly.
