How do I receive monthly rent payments?
We can send you your check by mail or use electronic payments (ACH) to deposit monthly rent directly into your bank account.

I entered my email address and clicked Send Access Email, but haven’t received my email. What do I do?
- Check to ensure you are using the correct email address. It must be same one you have on file with Brown-Carrera Realty.
- Check your spam or junk folder to ensure it was not incorrectly filed by your email program.
